    Can't get demo content work on my site

    I can't get demo content work on my site, everytime when i install the theme it's not possible for me to install it, i've been using the instructions in documentation files but when i try to use import functions these are not usefull (are not displaying for me)

    Hi mate,

    I guess that your importing demo data process was not completed. None of products, pages and posts are imported successfully.

    So I will help you to install the theme. Pls let me know which home page demo you want to import.

    And, pls check again your ftp: http://prntscr.com/ns4zwp It is not correct. If possible, pls provide me your cPanel account, it will be better

    Hey guys!

    Well i have a Godaddy account that's named "Managed WordPress" that is perfectly optimized to work fast on any WordPress site so i don't have access to a cPanel.

    And the ipadress is it fine but your client maybe can't resolve an ip like a ftp direction

    Anyways, i just attached a image that has the access from my godaddy account.

    The demo content that i need is homepage 02, the red one.
