    tried importing and it says have imported, but nothing seems to have changed. maybe setup under a child theme?

    I guess that your importing demo data process was not completed.

    Pls provide me your FTP or cPanel account. I will check then will help you to install the theme correctly. And, let me know the home page demo you want.

    Can I reset your whole site and re-install the theme from the scratch?

    I provided the admin login information. That should be enough to get everything going.

    The website is already almost from scratch right now, it is a new website.

    No, the old password did not work. I tried that password and other passwords. I tried both usernames senzuhealth and testadmin.

    I tried resetting the password but that didn't work because mail STMP is not setup.
