    I've installed the theme & plugins through wordpress admin panel but cannot find the tab Import Data

    However, your site already had the own data like products, posts, blogs. So could you please back up all data, contents then install a fresh WordPress.
    And, provide me your cPanel or FTP account, I will check then re-install the theme for you from the scratch.

    So pls let me know your intention

    yeah, I imported from there, but the site isn't up yet

    There are some files from my side so I just need your admin + cPanel or FTP account, then I will help you to install demo home page 02.
    Can I reset all your site? When I reset, all products, blogs, posts will be lost, just fresh WordPress

    Can you please tell me what was I doing wrong?
    If I want to remove products/categories will that create any problem?

    Clicking on the categories doesn't do anything. How can I fix that?

    I also do not know why, but I had to install the theme for you via cPanel account. It is faster than uploading theme via back end dashboard.

    For your current issue, could you please tell me clearly? I do not understand it well
