    Disabling the mini-cart in the header

    The counter on the cart and the inclusion of the cart 'preview' keeps overloading our server and our host is recommending we disable the mini-cart in the header to save resources.

    Could you please describe more details + screenshots what do you want to do? Do you want to rid off cart icon in the header?

    I want to disable the entire mini-cart so that the counter and preview stop taking up resources. It's not the disappearance of the icon we need, we need the counter and preview window functionality eliminated

    About the css code in Customizing or somewhere, you should back up all to make sure that it will not be lost.

    Please back up all your codes in Theme Options, Customizing first, then upload this zip file for your site.

    In this Child theme file, my coder added your code in Theme Option, but you should backup your own first to make sure that it is safe.
