Variation Swatches and Photos not included/not installing

I have tried to install the template and demo content twice now. Both times I dont get product pictures, and the individual product page looks nothing like the demo: I have no swatch/color selection options, size sheet options or any of the other custom attributes available in woocommerce.

It also looks like the specific plugin needed for this listed as included in the instructions and install package are not present. Please assist with both of these issues, thank you in advance.
