Theme Options not working

The theme options are not working. When I change the links social icons it is not save, When I change the info for the header it is not saving. The icons in the header do not show up on the right side.

I cannot access to your admin account: http://prntscr.com/njc74d It keeps loading then show nothing.

Pls check again and let me know when it is ready to work. I will check in your site then give you the correct answer
