Product Grid in shop is leaving blank spots

Hi team. I have an issue with the products in the shop displaying incorrectly. We have set the woo commerce (Ocolus Theme Settings) setting to show 3 products per row and have set the style to pagination. When you view the first page in the shop we get the desired result showing 3 products per row. But when you go to the next page we get 3 products then 1 product, 3 products then 1 product leaving blank spots in the grid. This also happens when the style is set to infinite scroll or load more.
We have set the total number of products per page (15) to equal an even amount in conjunction with having 3 products per row. So it is odd that we are getting uneven product rows. Please help.
