    I can not import demo to Kuteshop

    Hi,
    I just Bought your Kuteshop them and installed. But following your documentation
    1- in "Kuteshop > Dashboard >" there is no " Import Data tab"
    2- Second option I tried with "Importing WordPress" and I get this message:
    "Gateway Timeout
    The gateway did not receive a timely response from the upstream server or application.
    Additionally, a 504 Gateway Timeout error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request."

    Would you please help as I see lots of your users have the same problem and maybe add a topic in your FAQ area which is empty.

    Ok, Looking in admin I found the "OVIC plugin" and imported demo 5 but it is messed up the menu and slow down my site and even I can not edit any page with WPBakery page builder. Why importing your demo is that much hard and is not explained in your documentation which is old since 2017 and does not reflect your actual them.
    And why it is slowing down my site and lots of admin area not working now .
    May be you can help?

    Thank you for your reply.
    1-My first question is that I have opened my ticket 4 days ago, I found that 4 days to wait to receive a feed back is exaggerated, specially when you put in your support page that the tickets are answered within 24H, is it normal?.
    2- I have imported the DEMO 5 and import was completed but some pages are not showing correctly like /shop…maybe you can install it correctly, all menu items where imported 10 times, while I just imported one time, I have been cleaning all menus from duplicated items. In Dashboard I have chosen my logo but at the home page the logo does not change, and your original logo is always displayed but the other pages are showing my logo. The documentation you put in your site is not up to date and has nothing to do with your them. To import the demo is not correctly explained from dashboard. Please verify your documentation and you will notice that the explanation is not related to your actual them. I had too look and find in the google that I must go to OVIC plugin to import the demo and still there the text you show for import is not very clear. I am sorry but It cost $20 to buy a video registration and make a 5 minutes demo and put it in your support area to help users to install your theme correctly instead of waiting 4 days and get nervous before receiving a feedback as you noticed in your ENVATO page there are plenty of users having the same problem, I hope you consider this as a positive critic.
    3- After installing your demo I had blank page in my admin and had to look and find out from my logs that your them was using around 350 MB of memory and had to increase the PHP memory limit to 526M to be able to have access to my admin. You do not mention this memory use anywhere in your documentation.
    4- To make Mega Menu I have a problem as I do not see the full documentation how to make Mega Menu from your dashboard as there is very minimum info in your documentation (please find attached image from your page).
    5- Where can we change the fond, colour of different elements in the them, there is only one area general font and size to set up but your them have headers, different text area that we would like to change colour and font but I do not see from your dashboard. There also you have very minimum configuration area.

    Please also send me an updated documentation for your them as I mentioned above that the one you provided with the them is not corresponding to your actual them.

    1. I am so sorry for this. It's my fault and for now I will do the best to support for you complete your site and help your site works properly

    2.
    - All menu items were duplicated and it might be because you clicked import for some times.
    You can go to Appearance > Menus > Select Top Center Menu then remove the items you do not want to appear: http://prntscr.com/njtkhz
    - Logo does not change: You should turn this OFF: http://prntscr.com/njtlcp then your changing will be applied for your site

    3. Could you please help me to take the screenshot for this? I am sorry that I do not understand it clearly. Thank you!

    4. Mega menu: Pls check the attached doc. file below. There I give the detail guideline for you

    5. You should let me know the location that you want to change the font or color for site. Then I will ask the coder to give you some css file and you can add in Custom css. In Theme Options, it is just the field to change the main color

    I followed your word document instruction but I am blocked in point 4 ( add a new Mega Menu in Menu Builder. The screen shoot you send here has nothing to do with what I see in my Menu Builder page ( please see enclosed screenshot). Please show me in this page where can I found your Shortcode Kuteshop: Custom Menu?

    As I could investigate, I can't see Visual UI layout on Menu Builder page and that is the problem. I have tried latest version, the version that you also provided with your them but non is working.
    Would you please let me know how to solve it.

    Ok,
    Searching internet I found that I had to go to:
    Dashboard>>WPBakery Page Builder>>Role Manage and activate Megmenu in Roll manager which is not illustrated in your documentation. Maybe you should add it to prevent your users to lose time.
    With a good documentation you could reduce the number f customer tickets and bring up rating between your customers. As I told you in the beginning, it is frustrating already when you buy your them to fight to find out how to use this them by your self. A simple video with all these details will resolve all these problems. Still I am sorry to notice this lack of attention from your side.

    Hello,
    Thank you for your help.
    In the attached image, I would like to enlarge the left column where is written "Business cards, also the left margin is too much and would like to reduce it ( as you see the subcategories names are cut off) and instead I would like to make the column with the big photo more narow. Would you please let me know where Can I adjust these as in the dashboard there is nothing to do this.

    I also discussed to my coder, and he gave me the feedback:
    If enlarging the column, you have to use a lot of css (it will be so hard to do with you).
    So he would like to give you the suggestion is that he will make all the texts to show completely and it will be move down, not cut like in your site now.

    If you agree, pls let me know then my coder will provide you the css code to do this
