    However with SFTP account, could you please tell me which folder that negative to your site?
    I tried with some folders there but I see nothing,

    Pls show me then I will ask the coder to install the theme with home 1 for you

    there is no sftp account from the cloud service provider.you can use ssh command to connect to the server.
    path:
    Apache is at /usr/local/apache
    php is at /usr/local/php56
    mysql is at /usr/local/mysql
    wordpress is at /home/www/htdocs

    buy the way ,it's a linux server(centos 7.2).

    Wish you can tell me the way how to install it sucessfully.I tried from the local computer and the cloud server,both installation failed with every way of your installation guide.

    I go to each of them to find out the correct location you guided above. But it is not the same. Can you take a look in my attachment then let me know the correct folder I can go to then upload the theme for you?

    you need get root permission first,use this command 'sudo su root'.If you are not good at Linux command,maybe you need turn to someone for help.Google search is a very good way to solve technical problems.

    By the way,I bought your theme at Apr 28,I do not want to wait any more. If you can not solve my problem up to May 6th in 2019,please give money back.I have asked for a refund.

    Could you please provide your cPanel account?
    My coder needs to access into your database to check something. It seems that there is anything that prevents your hosting to install the theme. Let my coder checks then he will help you

    there is no cPanel from the hosting,it's not installed in the server. mysql is at /usr/local/mysql ,you can use cmd line from SSH connection.

    I checked the server and database,found some mistakes made by your coder,that's why he needs to access into the database to modify something:
    1、 he should change the configuration (home url/site url,user password) of the demo site before directly installing on my website.This will cause several technical problems.When that happens,It must modify the database to fix all the problems.
    2、It‘s not a good idea to replace whole of my website data with your demo site,it's not safety.What you provide should be demo,not include personal data.

    You should test your demo installation document step by step with a pure clean environment before you sell the theme to your customers.This will give a none professional impression when they found the installation guide is of no use and need to ask for help.

    Maybe you have do your best to provide your service,but time is money.It's better for you an me to give up any further attempt.I will turn to other theme,please accept the refund requirement.Thanks for your effort !

    With all the efforts, my coder imported the demo content for you.

    However your hosting is not good so it took a lot of times to import and he had to import many times, your hosting still did not accept the images from demos. Just content.

    So pls check again, and for now you can add your products images to set up for your site. Theme is not difficult to install. Just depending on some hosting so it is hard to do
