    TechOne refund request

    Hi, We purchased the TechOne WooComerce theme a few months ago, and it worked perfectly. We are switching to SHopify and we purchased the TechOne version of the same theme. Nevertheless, the Shopify version has not been updated in over a year. The theme has a very porr SEO configuration (there's no H1 or H2 tags on any of the themes, there's no meaningful semantic tags, and so on), and we are getting Javascript errors whenever we try to disable the popup, causing the "Add to cart" and "Favourite" buttons to break.

    Definetively, this theme won't suit our most basic needs and we are expecting many troubles if we keep trying to use it as it now.

    We'd like to ask for a refund on Envato.

    Hi mate,

    I am sorry to hear that. However, this is the WordPress template and I just support for the things about WordPress.

    If you have any problems with Shopify, please submit ticket for Shopify template, the supporter will check and give you the solution

    Thanks for your reply. I couldn't create a ticket under the Shopify section. That's why I left this here :( Please see attached screenshot. The Shopify option is not selectable. What should I do?
