problems with importing sample data

I have problems with importing sample data. When I upload the content.xml file
I get the error 405 Not Allowed

Hi mate,

Could you please provide me your admin + ftp account of your site?

I would like to check in your site then will help you to install the theme. Pls let me know which home page demo you want to import
