    - Because the image has not been optimized, for example: logo, credit card image in footer, ... size is too big for the display size: http://prntscr.com/ndlyzi // http://prntscr.com/ndlzdm
    - The plugin Cache you are using is not very good, or you set it up not very well. Try using a few other Cache Plugins to see. For example Autoptimize plugin
    Pls check again with these suggestion then let me know the result
