    second : Inner page and categroy/subcategory pages banner needs to chnage

He sees that you seemed to customize for your site with this plugin: WC Catalog Enquiry, so it shows the text Shop Now and the structure of this button, so I am sorry that we cannot support for the customized site. And, it also the structure of WooCommerce, we also cannot touch into the code of WooCommerce, therefore we also cannot customize.

    I check page About us for example. I see that in the field of Meta Box, you still do not turn it ON: http://prntscr.com/njav79 So the image header still gets the banner you set in Theme Options.     As my coder explained, Blog page will be set following in Theme Options.
    If you want to change, you have to change in Theme Options first then the other pages will be changed in Meta box
