How to edit header.

Dear Yame...
Warm regards of the day...

Can you kindly guide me in editing header of the website.
I am trying to add search bar in the header.
The search bar will be as shown in the screenshot (either A or B).
Kindly guide me regarding the same.

Dear Yame,
Warm regards of the day...

I was final able to solve it by customising theme and copying lines from right header menu to to header template.
So it is solved now.
