Unable to customize footer

I am unable to change Footer and Customize Mega Menu
For the footer I attached 1 file

Hi mate,

It seems that you still do not config for WPBakery Page Builder plugin.

Go to WPBakery Page Builder > Role Manager > Select for the Post typs is Custom then tick on the boxes that will be the pages you want to edit with WPBakery Page builder: http://prntscr.com/n3xwhw

If you cannot do this, please provide me your admin account then I will check for you
