Hi mate,

As in your shop page, it is showing 3 products per row. It means that each product must be 370x370 in ensize, but your site does not have this rate, so it defaults to receive which image has the closest size (300x300)

So, the solution is that you have to re-generate your images.
You can use plugin "Regenerate Thumbnails" to create new product with 370x370 insize

Please do this then let me know the result

Hi, already installed the Regenerate Thumbnails plugin and set the sizing to 370x370. But still not working.
