can't add purchase code..

I need help to solve a problem so I can solve another problem.. this really annoys me. I can't add my purchase code to enter your support area to search for answers for my questions. Now i have to wait for your answer anyways, and i got a website thats almost ready to launch, i really dont want to wait.

I get this message when i try to add the code, "Illegal string offset 'item_id'".

My main problem is like many other people, i dont know how to edit the footer. I just get to a long coding and can't do it visual. What do I do wrong?

Hi mate,

You purchased Turan theme so you can read all ticket of only Turan theme.
And when you submitted ticket here, I also can read then will help you

About your issue, I guess that your plugin is not updated yet, or you still do not config for this.
Pls provide me your admin account (put it in the Secret information area) then I will check for you
