    Hi,

    Because you still do not configure for WPBakery Page Builder plugin yet.
    Please follow these steps:
    - Negative to WPBakery Page Builder > Role Manager > Select the Post types is Custom then tick on the boxes that will be the page you will able to edit with VC: http://prntscr.com/n2xk3f

    If you cannot do this, let me know then I will help you
