Problems with a watermark plugin

Hi. I installed a plugin (Extendons: WooCommerce Product Image Watermark Plugin) that does not allow me to apply a watermark on the whole image. This is what they tell me from the plugin developer, Extendons:
"In every theme pictures are assign special ids on the basis of which wordpress gets and shows the image.
In your case id of main image is changed and our module is not getting the id so watermark is not applied to image"
-Is it possible that what Extendons says is true?
- In the case that is so, can you recommend a watermark plugin that fits perfectly with your template?
- I've seen that Yith has a plugin. Do you know if it fits your template?
