Some of the theme options does not take effect once they are changed in Admin panel

Many of the theme options are not working, we read the documentation and implied everything accordingly. We could not change the Main logo, however it is updated in our database. Changing font size works and customization of Menu names work. However, some of the other options like changing social icons, footer, header are not working.

Please help get back to us with a solution.

We also disabled w3 total cache as keeping it enabled was not updating anything.
