Unable to install demo

Hello,
what is the cause am unable to install demo why? it shows..

And I guess that your importing demo content process was not completed. So please provide me your FTP account. I would like to check then will help you to install the theme

okay thanks,
i have been able to import the demo but am still having ;;;Revolution Slider Error: Slider with alias kuteshop-opt-01 not found :: ... kindly help me to look into it and fix its urgent .

I've added Revolution SLider opt-01 for you. So if you want, please activate it in your site

let me just say this i also purchase kuteshop magento version but because of complexity thats what i switch to wordpress and its looking as if i wont have issue with you guys...

It is the different template between Magento and WordPress. And here I just support for WordPress template, mate
