Demo import

Hi,
Just purchased your theme, unfortunately not the best experience , follow the steps to import your demos - ( Oculus Panel -sample data - install ) . but then when visit the site it says 404 error , and seems nothing is imported.
Also tried to check your public questions to find some clue to solve the problem , and after insert the purchase code , it says illegal string offset (see attachment)
