    we have a problem to implement mailchimp account to your newsletter form.
    Mailchimp told us that there is a problem with OVI plugin
    can you please advise?

    problem is the version of MailChimp API in your theme, its shut down by MailChimp.
    check here https://developer.mailchimp.com/
    Because of that, it doesn't work properly - check attachment.

    Hi,

    As from my coder, currently he is sooo busy. So he is afraid of that the updating for this will be delay.

    So he would like to introduce you to use another plugin that can solve your problem. That is: plugin Mailchimp for WordPress

    We also use this plugin for some of the theme. Pls check then let me know your result
