the template does not work

Good afternoon, every time I make any changes, the template stays in White and only shows the logo (attached image). After waiting a while and emptying the cache, it reloads correctly. I have spoken with my hosting provider and there is no error in the log, so it is a problem of the template. I need an urgent solution.
