    Hi,

    Please I need to know: How long do you see this problem? It occurs in a definite time or just only one day, ....
    And what did you do before / after this problem occur? (such as update theme, change settings, configure, edit, install something?)

    Then my coder will help you ti find out the reason.

    It looks like this has been happening since 24 Dec 2018 (see attached). From that time until now, we've updated the theme a few times, updated plugins, updated our WooCommerce database, and updated WordPress. None of these seem to have affected the order duplication.

    Hi,

    I've just got feedback from coder.

    He checked and found out that the problem of duplicate orders was occurred from 2017, not from now. It also does not happen with the other clients. So, to handle this problem, you should provide me a backup file (that is included your whole codes and databases) then my coder will check for you
