9 problems with my theme

please, can you tell me any idea about how solve this issues in my website. thanks.
1. about sizeof items in grid and list, in grid i want know if is possible to define to show 4 items per row, wich items i must modify in css?
2. about menus, vertical and top, how can i change color for bands, now appears in white, and i want define one color, as your version1 that appears in red and orange.
3. logo is aligned at the bottom, and appears bad, no space below and a lot over, how can i align in the middle?
4. for menus, how can i assing a link for items, not included in the list, for sample to blog article or to our facebook. is not allowing to me.
5. about box of new items, and top sellers, how can i change position, in order to show top sellers first?
6. about pop up to suscribe to newsletter, how can i change it, appears default image and text and i cant locate where i can change it
7. about cart in the top i want delete 'view cart' button,show only proceed checkout, how can i do this?
8. In contact page appears a fixed text, how can i change it?
9. gtmatrix give me advertising about image size, but its for your menus that havent defined size for images on it, i cant change it, i think you can revise your mod and correct it.
