I exchanged with my coder for your issue. He said that: Currently the theme does not have this function. You can buy another third - party module that can support for your site.

Because it belongs to customize work, so it is out of the support ability. Hope you can understand for this

I already have the module installed, as you can see in the backoffice. I would only like to be able to show it on the homepage so that users who register could register from mailchimp.

We built the theme and just support for all the problems about the theme. You installed the third party module, so I cannot check how it work in your site. You can check yourself and contact to the author of that module to get support if it does not work.
