Full width does not scale right way!

This is a theme error.
The visual composer is working fine, i checked with them.

Need this fixed!

It's on the whole page..

Hi mate,

We checked your site and got that you did not build the theme as demo. This is not your Revolution slider. It is Background of Row.
And when it does not load full at the first seconds, it is because of js of WPBakery Page Builder

Please build your site as in demo then we will support for you

i already build the whole site wich took me alot of time. I cannot install demo and then redo all the work.
Can your coder just fix it? the theme should be working fine without demo content..

This is the .js of Row builder. It is quite heavy when counting .js for displaying banner

My coder just fixed as this way: he added the custom css: http://prntscr.com/mpndyv and select the Row stretch for you: http://prntscr.com/mpne1z
Now your banner will show completely, however the vertical menu must be move into the left side: http://prntscr.com/mpnecl

This is the unique way. So if you do not want, we will return as the original for you

Hello,

It is not only the displaying banner area!
The whole page has the same problem..
when scroll down and refresh page it's still there, not only top banner!

Also the menu isnt showing boxed in the banner so the solution your coder came with doesnt fix the isue and scales the menu wrong!

Please find another solution!

i have more then 100 websites but never had this issue with any theme i used.
the support is also verry slow, i have a bussiness to run.

Would like to get this problem fixed, my customers are not happy!

1. Menu box in banner: I check all your menu items of Vertical Menu, I do not see any banner added there. So what do you want for this point?
2. whole page has the same problem: if you said that, can you take the screenshot for this. Because, currently, when I load your site, I do not see any problem

it does this with all full width boxes.
Also the vertical menu on top isnt shown boxed anymore!

Last time we fixed for you this main banner. Why now does it come back as the original? You might touch into anywhere then the banner does not show full anymore. And I used to explain for you why it did not show with full width

The banner you made was not built from the Revolution Slider, we just support for the things that follow with demo and design. We just can help you once if you only want to build you site as your own way

I need all boxes to scale full width when site loads, the solution you had didnt workout for me as it only scaled the banner box and not the rest of the page. Also the vertical menu was all the way to the left and doesnt combine with the style the site was build. This is why i changed it back.

I think you need to find a solution with .js to fix this problem. It's weird there is only been givin support on demo content. Your selling a theme and the theme has support.

I bought more then 100 websites and never had this problem with long time consuming support, no support on theme unless it's demo content.

i will be needing this problem solved! thanks for understanding.

and your coder also imported demo content at the beginning of this support. so there was demo content wich i changed to my own content.
