Does not update module information

We are having problems with these modules:
blockcontact => is edited, it is "saved" correctly, but keeps the same example address
Ovic - Flexible Group Banners Module => is not shown on the home page, despite being in the hook that infican positions the template
Simple Blog - Recent posts => we put it in the hook displayHomeBottomContent and it doesn't show it
Ovic - Advanced Footer => won't let you add blocks or rows, the message "Block successfully saved" appears, but don't create it
