Hi mate,

If your site is multi language, you can use WPML plugin. Theme supports for this plugin also.
This is a paid plugin so it can translate automatically for your site

this is another plugin that you sent me. I meant if there is a manual for kuteshop for installing 2nd language

If you want to switch into another language, pls negative to Settings > General > Site Language
If you want to use 2 or multi languages in a same time, please install the plugin WPML
You do not need to install a new language. WordPress will have the available languages for you to choose
