    Kuteshop Gateway Timeout

    Hello

    i face some problems during the installation of kuteshop theme and importing the demo,
    1/ the documentation does not match with the theme (Not updated)
    2/ Every time i import demo content (xml file) i face this messege.

    -
    Gateway Timeout
    The gateway did not receive a timely response from the upstream server or application.
    -

    This caused a damaged and inconsistent theme / duplicated and incomplete content.
    I tried hard to solve the problem alone, I searched on the internet for a solution, i contact hosting suport and they tried (PHP variables and other things) but without a result.

    i delete and install wordpress over 16 times (Every time I try a new solution I start from installing WP/ theme/ plugins/...) , i tried to import content.xml after installing theme and all pluging / before installing any plugins / from other laptop / from other hosting/ after contacting suport / i tried with splitting the content.xml to reduce file size... I tried all solutions that could work but without a result.

    Pls provide me your admin account. Then let me know which home page demo do you want to import for your site? Then I will help you to install the theme

    Can you tell me where the problem was?
    What's the best way you recommend to take a full backup, to get back to it in case any problem occurs.

    I am not sure but it might come from your hosting.
    You can use plugin all-in-one-wp-migration.6.67 to back up your site
