    V.1.0.0.4 - No required plugins notification + conflict between woocommerce and JS composer

    Hi there,

    I've just downloaded your theme and begun the installation, but things aren't going as flawlessy as described in the documentation.

    Once installed, the theme doesn't send the "Required plugin" notification, even on the left sidebar I don't get the "Install plugins" link in the Appearance tab.
    I've tried to install those plugin manually but there must be some kind of conflicts between the js_composer from the downloadable file and the woocommerce plugin because when I activate those two at the same time I get an error 500.

    Do you know what is happening here ?

    I will check then help you to install the theme. The current version is 1.0.7
    So pls let me know which home page demo do you want to be your front end site?

    Hi there,

    Yes sorry my bad, I've tried to update the theme and install/activate the plugin myself, that's what's caused the issue.
    You can now access both the admin account and the sFTP.

    Find my login info in the "secret info" field.

    It comes from your hosting issue, so could you please contact to your hosting manager to check it?

    You may change some elements:
    - memory_limit: should be 360MB (yours is 128MB)
    - post_max_size: should be 360MB (yours is 128MB)
    - max_execution_time: should be more than 180MB
    - max_file_uploads: should be more than 64MB (yours is 20)

    Then let me know when your site is ready to import again

    I've contacted my hosting manager and they've upgraded my server setting in the maximum extend they could for now.
    I hope it will be alright from here.

    I wasn't able to try it on my own since you reinstall wordpress in order to help me solve the issue, so sorry to put you in charge of that again. Let me know if the update of the server settings made any difference !

    But belongs to your hosting. Even when you asked the hosting manager to raise the elements, it still cannot change. So, please by somehow check again your hosting, server version, ... I installed the theme for many other client's sites, it works

    Oh and one last question : I'm now trying to install the the theme on another website, however the only version I can get from themeforest is still the 1.0.4.
    Will it be updated soon ?

    You can download the latest version of theme on Themeforest. It is 1.0.7 already.
