    Hi, I came across this theme which looked perfect for what I needed.
    I absolutely loved the live preview of (Demo 01) the whole look and feel of the site was amazing! and this is what made me decide to purchase this theme as that is exactly how I wanted my site to look.
    However when I followed all the instructions in the documentation and came to preview my site, it is looking far from anything like how (Demo 01) does. It is very plain without any menus or side categories, and lacking all the features that the Demo preview had.
    Also when I view the KuteShop Dashboard and click on Install Demos it brings up a page which is just blank, no options to install demos.

    This is what I did below.
    1) Installed Wordpress 4.9.9 (Also tried this with the newer version 5.x.x but had the same results)
    2) Uploaded Theme KuteShop.zip 3.2.7
    3) Activated Theme
    4) Installed all required plugins
    5) Visited KuteShop Dashboard / Install Demos, which gave an empty looking page with no Demos to browse from.

    And when looking at my site, it looks more like a blog site, and nothing like a fully functional feature packed shop.
    I would love to know if you could help me transform my site into how Demo 01 looks exactly the same as this is what I thought I
    was purchasing, this exact layout sample which I thought it would look like after following the instructions and installing the theme.

    Your importing process was not completed.
    I am going to help you to re-install the theme. So pls wait for me, I will inform you when it's finished.

    Import demo data with home 1 for you

    But I cannot access to your FTP account: http://prntscr.com/mkemvk Do you have Cpanel? It will better and safe during the importing process.

    Hi, this is soooo much nicer :) Thankyou!
    Just a couple of things I noticed which are missing.

    1) The 'My Account' page top right next to 'Services' & 'Support' this seems to be missing so users cannot login or register an account...
    2) Can I have the same popups as the Demo01 preview shows at the bottom left of the screen to inform when a buyer has purchased an item 'x' amount of days ago, I liked the idea of this to show recent purchases from users, mine doesn't seem to display these at all where as the Demo does.
    3) 'All Categories' drop down menu to the left of the search box doesn't contain any categories to search from, whereas the demo has all the example categories listed. Where can I add these categories please?
    4) How can I make the 'Home' top menu button always highlighted pink just as in the Demo preview?

    I haven't noticed any other issues as of yet, if you can help me with those above I will be sure to give a 5 star rating as you deserve this very much :)

    3. All categories: Just edit any your products then the categories will be updated. I've just tried to edit some products in some categories then it is updated there

    Hi sorry point 1 regarding 'My account' page, it only lets a user login and nowhere to register it should show register an account on this login page :)

    Thank you, I can confirm the above is all fine now :)
    After playing around with different settings and further testing the site, I have a couple more questions below.

    1) How do I get the strip across the bottom of my site which asks to accept cookies and view privacy policy, just like in the attached screenshot I have provided, as this shows in the Demo. Also once accepted you then have the option of revoking the cookies again via a revoke button at the bottom.

    2) When a user registers on my site, they are not receiving an email to thank them or welcome them to registering to the site. Also same for when a user forgets password and uses the form to send a password reset, no emails seem to be working. I have gone into woocommerce settings and email options and the automatic emails for each action such as registering, completing an order, reset password etc are all enabled so I'm not sure why no emails are being sent out after testing this.
