Sidebar shop widget position

Hey Yame,
Welcome back.
I have again a little issue, please help me to solve it.
The problem is the following:
-the shop sidebar widget position is the LEFT side which is totally ok.
BUT
if you visit the website with cellphone for example then the sidebar gonna be to the bottom of the side, which is problematic, since people have to scroll down totally just to filter the products..

The solution wouldl be that the sidebar should be on the TOP in case of ipad/mobile and smaller screens, so people can filter products, choose brands or anything they want before see the products...
