WPBAKERY Not Working!

This is my third message regarding this issue! I really need an answer from you. I can´t edit my pages with the WP Bakery.
We buy the template, so we need to have all the things working. all the plugins, all the functions that the template offers.
It´s insane that we have to wait for your answer to have the updates for the plugins. Can I please have the WPBakery working?!

Hi mate,

Could you provide me your admin account? I would like to check in your site then will let you know why this plugin does not work while it still works well in demo site
