kute shop theme not working proper after transfer hosting

Dear Sir,
i already give you my wordpress admin and passowrd and also Ftp details. below i am giving you secret detail again.
i have hosting in bluehost. Really i am telling you demo import is not successful. i change the PHP version 5.6, 7, 7.1, and 7.2 also. kuteshop theme not properly working and demo import not good very bad.
and in Kuteshop tab. in Tab style if we chage tab stryle it will not change.
i am sorry to say my friend kuteshop support is very bad. it should be help through mailing. or if you have possible. it shout be help through live chat same like in bluehost.com.
and you can some help video on youtube.com in kuteshop tab setting if we change style it will change the style but in my site kuteshop tab unable to change style. and in videos in youtube. and for example in kuteshop tab if use tap style No 1 . video shows in you tube top left banner, top right banner and left side bannge. but i go in my wordpress admin and into tab setting if we change tab style it will not change. and mannully we select the top left top right and left side picture.
Please try to understand my english.
