    Missing TechStore Elements

    Good evening

    The attached tools are not available for me in wordpress, is there any additional installation I am missing? See attached screenshots from the guide provided and my actual tools.

    Hi mate,

    In fact, 2 your attachments belong to 2 different theme. You purchased Techone theme and you attached the Maxstore theme Doc

    If you have any troubles, pls provide me your admin + FTP account then I will help you to check

    I see. Well the screenshot i provided is taken from the documentation provided with the theme I purchased.

    Hi mate

    You did not get any missing from your installation. The shortcode banner you got in the document, it is the previous version and we applied for the theme Maxstore as you see. Now, the shortcode is applied like this: http://prntscr.com/mgz31j It will not have any others layout so just follow all the options there to config for your site

    For any questions, please provide me your admin account then I will check for you

    Well actually the banner settings included in the documentation of the theme I bought is much better than the one it is in my panel.

    Please see attached the images in the documentation and see mine. The visual effect of the original is very good but the one I have is very poor

    Hmm I see. But the theme you purchased is Techone. Currently we just have design like the shortcode you see in the theme, not in the document. And pls build your site with the style you get in theme
