Error trying to import data to slider revolution

Hello

I am getting this error message when trying to import the file "TechOne-opt1.zip" included in the Sample Data to Slider Revolution. Can you help on it please? I also attach a screenshot just before clicking the "import Slider" button

"Not Acceptable
An appropriate representation of the requested resource /clon/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php could not be found on this server.

Additionally, a 406 Not Acceptable error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request."
