how to change the image of the home page

I tried to change a banner on the home page, but it did not mark it as if it were a rev slider, nor did it appear with the WPBakery, I hope you can help me change it

Excuse me, is this the image that you are mentioning to: http://prntscr.com/md3kr0 ?

If that, you can edit in Revolution Slider plugin, it will not appear in Edit page.

Sorry, but when I check your back end site, you are building the Text Block Shortcode for the position that we built Revolution slider shortcode to show.

I think you should change into the correct shortcode, then, if it does work, I will continue to check for you
