    Theme does not work properly, Footer is not having option to edit via Visual Composer

    I purchased this theme, and it does not work as expected or shown in Demo. While importing content - All the contents are not imported properly - http://prntscr.com/mcr1an , http://prntscr.com/mcr1h0

    Footer section does not have option to edit via WP Bakery- Visual Composer. - http://prntscr.com/mcr1o7

    No Demo images are imported properly.

    I've checked your site. It seems that your importing process was not completed.
    And, you also do not have your own data (like products, images, posts, pages) so can I re-set your site then will help you to re-install the theme?
    If that, pls provide me your FTP account. Then let me know which homepage demo you want to import

    Footer is custom posttype so you need setting visual composer for edit page builder in here: http://prntscr.com/mespbk
    And the image imported properly, i'm don't know why our plugin don't work with your host, i'm think it is't big problem because you change all our image when you config your demo, if you need better please provide cpanel we will import like our demo 100%.

    I am using Netfirms one of the known Hosting accounts in USA. I have never had any issues with so many WP themes I have used before. Its just your theme is not working properly. Its not about importing the demo via Cpanel, its all about the Theme should be compatible with all Major hosting providers. If you guys can fix the issue, please do it or else I would request you to make refund of full amount I have paid.

    I agree that Footer is custom post type, but while importing demo it should work as per given in the demo and not make the settings to set like demo. If I have to build everything, I would have not purchased the theme or import demos.

    I am very sorry about our import plugin that does not work on your host, I set your site like our demo, but this saves more resources than importing because there are redundant data you will not use, If you want to install any demo we will support installation for you, sorry for the inconvenience.
