    When I add images to the product and add it in the webshop.

    Sometimes the images appear correctly, sometimes just a clear white image.

    I tried with more browser, device.

    How to fix it?

    for example , I open a variable product on my tab.

    -first I see the thumbnail in the webshop, its great
    - i click
    - then i see a clear white background but the "new" tag appears... hehe...
    -then i select a color, suddenly i see the images, i can select colors and the image will change correctly
    -after i click on clear color options to show the main image and it shows

    but i refresh the page and again just the clear white background

    it has to be fixed...

    Mate,
    I think it will be better if you can take a video. I also see your attachment. But it is just the screenshot for Single product page, without anything to explain :D So I am more confused. Hope that with your video, I will understand well

    there is a main produt image, do you see it ? i dont see it, only the "new" label.

    do you need a video about it?

    Here you can see the problem, I am using a safari browser in private browsing , so its not a cache related issue:

    It also happens on my ipad device in safari and also in google chrome private browsing..

    but for example if open it on desktop computer with a google chrome, it works.. but with safari does not..

    please help fixing it to works cross platform and with every browser

    Hmm, I also tested on Safari with iPad. but I just see the problem is that the image of single product does not show up. When I open the image, then close, then re-open, it still works. I will sent to my coder to check this for you. Pls be patient!

    For this one, my coder explained that just because Theme Option has integrated the ultimate lazy function, you are using lazy of another plugin so it causes the error: https://prnt.sc/mcg2qj
    So, pls check your site again then let me know your result
