    Hi, I am tying to setup the Kuteshop best sellers, or new arrivals on the home page, when I click on edit product then I go to product options I type the word bunny, and it takes so long to find that product, then after 1 minute it stops and displays " Connection lost. Saving has been disabled until you’re reconnected. We’re backing up this post in your browser, just in case.? Why is this issue happening, it just started to do this today?

    It keeps loading then lost the connection like the attachment. If that, it may belongs to your hosting. Have you tried to contact to your hosting manager?
    Just check then let me by somehow can login to your back end site then I will continue to support for you

    HI Yame, I am still getting this issue and cannot seem to figure this our, I also see this theme requires the following plugin: Ovic Import that is not updated or installed. Can you please check why this issue still continues. The browser I am using is Firefox and also chrome does the same thing.

    I think the problem just because the networking connection in your location. It's not the bug.
