    Lots of errors in theme

    I cannot edit the footer. The footer editor is all in codes. The product page and category settings i set keeps resetting to the default setting after i save. On this category page https://fragrantry.com/product-category/women-fragrances/ products keep loading above the header. See pic. When i choose the single page setting i want it reverts back to the default setting. This is a beautiful theme which is why i bought it but it's not ready to be sold. It has so many glitches it's overwhelming. You theme i too expensive to be going through all of this.

    I cannot save my changes while editing the pages, specifically the front page product elements. When I click save nothing happens. Same goes for backend theme changes. It reverts back to the original options. Also, it takes forever to load the backend and the frontend of the site. This theme is so slow. The errors are just too much. I would like a refund. I will not be able to work with this theme like this.

    Hi mate,

    - About cannot edit Footer: It's because you have to use WPBakery Page Builder mode for your site. This was also noted in the Document with the RED COLOR TEXTS: https://biolife.kutethemes.net/documentation/documentation/faqs/how-to-build-pages-with-vc-template/ So please read this to config for your site.

    - About cannot save your change: It's quite weird. The theme is still working well. Could you please provide me your admin +FTP account? I would like to check in your site then help you.

    I also get your admin account in your another ticket. It's also because of your hosting, not from the theme, and you might use a lot of extra-plugins so it leads to your site runs slowly.

    Please provide me your FTP or Cpanel account then my coder will help you to check

    http://prntscr.com/ma1030 i've changed the logo size and it looks the same. Extremely small. My logo cannot look so small. I see someone else complained about this same issue

    About the text Shipping: You have to add Shipping class for your product: http://prntscr.com/mafata

    Logo: As my coder's suggestion, you should re-cut a new logo image then re-upload it into your site. Then you will get the best result
