Still waiting resolve problems, 3 weeks already...

Hello.
3 weeks already waiting that you fix basic problems that a premium theme cant have. After this, on November 10 installed your update hoping that it will resolve this problems and all is more bad…my site is an autenthic disaster after this….and all instalation was made under your ssuggested steps. Maybe you find this problems and today you 14 November you offer new update, are you sure this time that is ok? When we will can have our shop opperative? We never buyed it knowing that was testing your theme with us and we losing time while you make it. Maybe you are serious and can resolve it….
