    Mega menu issue

    Hi, i'm trying to add mega menu to an entry of my vertical menu. When I try to do it going into the "content" tab of the menu entry, I push "load editor" button and it crashes (js errors in the screenshot).

    I got feedback from coder: He checked and found out that this code was added by you, and it's the reason why there is no content to add mega menu.

    And, he would like to advice you do not upload code via filezilla. It will make your code to be messed up

    hi, your coded did make the mega menu work but he disabled plugins and changed my active theme so I had to go back to my backup because he deleted / disabled lots of my customisations.
    Please note that I didn't touch "biolife" theme folder" and the only customisation I did in biolife child theme is some css rules in the style.css

    Now the mega menu doesn't work anymore. Please just tell me what code to change / remove and please DO NOT DELETE / disable my plugins.
    Just tell ME what to do with the code, i'm a php developer so i will understand. just tell me what you did to make the mega menu editor open up.

    I would like to emphasize that we do not remove anythings from your site.
    Last time I told you that my coder checked and found out the code that you had customized. We tried to remove => Mega menu worked, then we added it again then informed you the mega menu did not work because of that code. And, the file we found out is in Parent theme, not in Child theme.

    Now, we check it again and do not see your customized code anymore, and mega menu still does not work. So, we would like to test where the problem is come from, in the theme, or by your customization. Therefore, please provide me your cpanel account to do this.
