Issue on required plugin activation

Hi Support,

Please check I have install your theme on my staging server and then upload required plugins as well. When I try to activate "Kuteshop Toolkit" plugin it shows error like mention below.

Please let me know how can I fix this error. Also I am not able to import demo data and can't access theme settings from admin. Please reply me asap.
