    Ovic Framework Is not saving any changes

    We are going through a hard situation with an ovic framework. i was trying to do some changes in woocomerce shop layout. and changing footer styles. but the framework is not saving any settings what i did. and also when im refreshing the web page we can see that earlier changes have temporarily appeared on the webpage. we can clearly see ovic framework new update having some terrible issues. please take care of this issue as soon as possible before we 'reappointing with the theme

    And am trying to install and activate plugins layout go wrong. vertical menu disappear.

    WOOF - WooCommerce Products Filter
    User Submitted Posts

    try again with the ftp details. it should be working now.... please do respond as soon as you can. time is valuable.. we just keep waiting..

    and also we are getting 404error when some plugins activating.. it's been more than 11 hours. and you guys are not replying back...we have to wait whole day without doing nothing to get solve problems for you guys.. really disappointing with your customer support..

    Hi mate,

    - My coder checked and I also got his feedback: It's because of that plugin. It causes the error. And, we do not develop this plugin, so you have to contact to the author of that plugin to get the answer. The theme works perfectly with all included plugin

    - Now most of your plugins are being activated. And I do not see any 404 errors. Can you take the screenshots for the locations you see this error?
