Uninstall Sample Data

I installed the sample data to get some of the awesome layouts that are shown on the demo site however, I didn't realise it would install every single layout, menu, product etc... How do I uninstall the demo data without having to sift through and manually delete it? Also is there an option to choose single layouts to install sample data for?

Excuse me, I am still confused about your questions. Could you take the screenshot then describe more clearly?

Also, pls check again your admin account, I cannot access to this http://prntscr.com/m4q2pv
If you have FTP, pls provide it.

Hi Yame,
Sorry for the confusion. Basically I followed the instructions in the documentation to install the sample data after I installed the theme. Once the sample data was installed I could not find where to uninstall it as it took over all other work I had already done. Anyway, I decided to reset the whole site which was easier than having to delete the sample data from all the areas of which it was installed eg, Woo products, menus, pages etc... Thanks for taking the time to reply.
