theme update version 1.0.3

Hi mate,

When you get the alert to update theme, just go for head to update theme without re-install the sample data. In the new update version, we just update or fix something with css (or something like that) files. The sample data is not touched into. About plugin, just following to update when it says that you have to update to the latest version
