Theme issue make the website down!

When we try to edit or add anything! The website is down, we talked to the host, and told us our VPS is fine, it is theme issue. This error happens often when we try to edit main page!

Could you please provide me your admin + FTP (Cpanel is better)? Then my coder will help you to check the problem...
